Kevin Clark served in a variety of roles for strategy, IT, ERP and EAM consulting. He is highly experienced within high technology Manufacturing Operations, Accounting, and Program Management. Kevin brings you award winning results in Business Process Management, Digital Transformation and he leverages proven Lean Agile methodology.
Mr. Clark is an accomplished transformation leader that brings together diverse groups of internal stakeholders, owner group board members, and external teams to develop and implement workable solutions to complex problems. He helps you deliver results in a timeframe that optimizes the customer experience and achieves the desired Return on Investment.

Kevin has led multiple M&A and divestiture programs during his career and he managed countless Applications Development, Off-shore, near-shore, IT Out-Sourcing, Lean Manufacturing, Transit, DoD, Law Enforcement, Transit, Energy & Utilities to best in class performance.

Prior to joining CMG, Kevin served for nine (9) years as an independent management consultant including roles as Partner, Program Delivery for DxCConsulting – Public Sector; as Director, EAM & ERP Project Management for Infor; as Practice Director, Enterprise Asset Management for 21Tech LLC; as Acting IT Director and Programs Manager for Axip Energyand Valerus Compression; and as Practice Director, Transformation and PMO at Cohesive Solutions.
Prior to that time, Kevin served for more than twenty (20) years in numerous staff, management and executive roles with Fortune 100/500 companies in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing, power and lighting products manufacturing, power generation, utilities and public sector IT. Some of those jobs included: Group Lead, Acting SAP ERP Director, Program and Product Line Manager, Senior Accountant, Program Planning and Control specialist and Financial Data Systems Manager for Rockwell Collins. Kevin also served as Acting CIO, IT Applications Manager and program director for STP Nuclear; SAP and Oracle IT Business Systems Manager for Thomas & Betts; Senior Strategy Consultant and acting Deputy CIO for the City of Memphis, TN; and Lead Technical Business Advisor – Global Customer Service and Engineering at Fedex.
He is a top 2% Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration – Accounting. Kevin holds Master Certification from Villanova University in Lean Six Sigma and he was certified by the Defense Acquisition University at level III (Bachelors equivalent) in Program Management / Control.
